- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: -
- 1. Independent handling of 5-10 Projects at any point in time.
- 2. Guiding, Mentoring, & Managing Project engineer.
- 3. Preparation of all the layout drawings, Reports, Standardization of Project plan & Execution.
- 4. Estimation Takeoff Quantities to be done from our drawings. (Budget)
- Customer- Facing Responsibilities: -
- 1. Managing and minuting Kick-Off Meeting.
- 2. Creating project execution schedule by using M.S. Projects/ M.S. Excel/ Gant Chart or equivalent digital tracking format.
- 3. Site assessment for design, quantities, site readiness etc.
- 4. Ensuring achievement of milestones as per schedule.
- 5. Submitting documents and getting approval for W.O amendments.
- 6. Project handover to customer and documenting handover date for our records.
- 7. Obtaining completion certificate from customer.
- Back Office Responsibilities: -
- 1. Review of daily time sheets of Project Engineer.
- 2. Handling HR compliances responsibilities.
- Assisting Project engineer in the following tasks.
- A. Finalizing labour contractors for electrical, Mechanical, civil works etc.
- B. Receiving labour bills and processing payments.
- C. Creating B.O.M as per site condition and work order.
- D. Daily review of milestones and updating the same in tracker.
- E. Coordinating for delivery of material at site and acknowledgment from customer.
- F. Follow all safety precaution at site.
- G. Collection of payment certification from customer.
