· Our daily work involves generating leads, cold calling our clients and fixing an appointment for demo of our product

· My main role of being an investigator is to find the fraud and risk involved in the online transactions.

· I have been trained on various tools on Amazon Platform which enables me to investigate various frauds and risk which can cause substantial losses to the organization.

· I have learnt various techniques and methodologies on how to prevent abusive transactions from taking place. This training has helped me to understand the various perspectives of risk and try different approach to protect customers and merchants from financial frauds.

· I have grown in my career as a tenured Investigator and have contributed much more to the organization.
