My Role was to create user stories in JIRA for the client's tool and define the requirements, i was also responsible to analyze defects within JIRA with technical and testing team. I was also responsible to do BA/PO Testing with respective Business analysts and product owners, we use to test all possible scenarios which can be a root cause of defects. I was also responsible for raising service requests and incidents for any defects in client's tool using Service Now and also need to manage the raised incidents with technical team to resolve them quickly within the defined SLA.I was also responsible to do data validations after new version deployments into the tool and also need to do testing on different scenarios . As a business analyst i need to take up change request which are new requirements to the tool and was also responsible for any kind of data migrations into tool like Geographical changes or products code changes
