General Purpose

  • Act as the aggregated point of contact for operations of the Payroll and Transition Services
  • Work with Customer Payroll Vendor(s) in in executing on Payroll and Transition Services and
  • reporting on overall service delivery


Major Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage service delivery across delivery centers;
  • Monitor end to end delivery of all Payroll and Transition Services processes, including interacting with Customer Payroll Provider(s), as needed, in the execution and delivery of the same;
  • Evaluate performance against contractually committed SLAs and other commitments, along with the Provider Regional Service Delivery Leads;
  • Initiate, manage and monitor implementation of all changes to contracted/agreed services.
  • Engage with Customer and work with the Regional Service Delivery Leads to ensure satisfaction of service levels, ensure alignment of service delivery and business needs; and resolve service requests/issues.
  • Serving as the point of immediate escalation in the event of a SLA failure;
  • Responsible for ensuring that the process documentation is updated in the region;
  • Conducting periodic business reviews and providing regular reports to the Client Global Payroll Program Lead;
  • Leading the assessment and management of the risks associated with outsourced delivery model in the region;
  • Responsible for ensuring the Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans for the region are up to date and tested periodically;
  • Support the service delivery teams in resolving Service Issues;
  • Supporting the Provider Global Process Owner to drive ongoing cost reductions, continuous improvement and any transformation efforts;
  • Resolve or escalate process area-specific Service Issues that relate to the underlying process design
