- Customer Champion - We have received quite a numbers of customer escalation on DSM Space reporting and Capacity utilization views of Unisphere. This area of Unishpere and thick client is extremely complex and confusing to the customers. Venkat took ownership of these issues, had multiple design discussion meetings with various stakeholders to bring clarity. Thanks to his efforts and POC to demonstrate the working solution.
- Game Changer - Venkat’s leadership has been instrumental for the BDC SPSG CIQ scrum team to deliver numerous features. Venkat is the Engineering Lead for Cloud IQ Mid-range storage integration team. For the last 6 months this team has delivered many critical features for Unity, PowerVault and Storage Center. He has been driving and delivering user stories like a clock work. His leadership is key to successful delivery of numerous features. He has been great help towards resolving Cloud IQ customer issues. Great team work and collaboration.
- Game Changer for Persona based filtered WebUI for APEX V2 - To build this functionality UI web stack had to be migrated from Ext-JS to React-JS to leverage dynamic UI (RBAC based) profile framework for implementing guardrails. This was quite a challenging task given the aggressive timelines we had to meet. COVID brought in additional challenges, many team members were sick, peers had to step-in to ensure that we don’t miss on the release dates. Team worked tirelessly over the weekends and late night to make it happen. Venkat played key role in driving the delivery while overcoming numerous hurdles.
