• Produce detailed daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including P&L and risk exposure, for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EOD processing issues, liaising with IT support to ensure minimal disruptions.
• Contribute to the optimization of system configurations to meet evolving business needs.
• Provide support during system upgrades and audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and operational standards.
