Job overview

  • Manage equity activities at the portfolio level and reconcile respective activities between the portfolio and property investment level as needed
  • Perform routine account maintenance within DTL including reconciliation for a specific range of accounts
  • Identify trade differences and book cash in lieu entries using DTL
  • Provide trade information for factor updates and DTC settlement instructions for SPO charges
  • Communicate with PMs to make sure FX trades are executed and all cash remain invested
  • Notify the custodians T+1 of all trades via email and fax by sending the DTC confirmations or spreadsheets
  • Verify accrual parameters against Bloomberg
  • Utilize Bloomberg to research information regarding different financial instruments
  • Perform income repatriation, balance accounts and identify and rectify inconsistencies; examine variances and proactively resolve any discrepancies
  • Perform the maintenance of accounting records for private portfolio clients ensuring that all transaction-relate data are posted accurately and efficiently
  • Manage company asset accounts, wire funds to clients and record and structure amounts into Eagle IBOR
  • Conduct portfolio audits and prepare presentations to executives recommending necessary amendments to client accounts
  • Accurate and timely Recording of contributions and withdrawals into the client portfolio's and report the same to the portfolio managers and the Traders
  • Performed the very high volatility Instruments like Bank Loans, Sidecar Securities Reconciliations
  • Monitor and track the cash level of the client portfolio's and report any overdrawn accounts and the accounts with high cash
  • Communicate critical Accounts information to management and client service; ensure the flow of time sensitive information and follow through on actionable items
  • Accurate and timely Recording of dividends, income and other expense transactions into the client portfolios
  • Timely and accurate Accounting of various corporate actions like stock split, reverse split, spin off, Stock Dividend etc
  • Maintain Appropriate Accounting Records Daily & monthly
  • Performed the Special Reporting's & Market Value Reconciliations as per Client Requirements.
