• Ascertaining utilization of team and increasing productivity by nurturing reporting/analytical techniques
• Implementation of control/rational checks in various areas of cost/profit analysis

• We are also responsilble for improving the overall recruiting and onboarding experience for the new joinees and interns

Financial Spreading

• Analysing and transferring information from a borrower's financial statements (Both Audited and interim) into the bank's financial analysis program
• Perform risk rating calculations to complete risk assessment
• Undertake trend analysis of receivables, inventories, payables, margin/borrowing base and covenants to monitor and control client credit facilities
  Quality check of the spreads for the team which are returned for the changes

Borrower Quality Rating

• Qualtifying the creditworthiness of a borrower with respect to a financial obligation by reviewing financial statements, trends analysis and various other financial docs provided by the borrowers
• We help analysing risk of the borrower, reflecting borrower's long term ability to repay the loan he borrowed
