Roles & Responsibilities:

• Documented software design, detected faults, project planning discrepancies and other vital data.
• Worked closely with other business analysts, development teams and infrastructure specialists to deliver high availability solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain requirements as per process.
• Coordinated with Onsite/offsite to understand and consolidate the requirements from initiation of the project till completion of unit testing.
• Resolving client reported issues and updating status and explanation to client thru customer service team.
• Resolving tickets as per priority and understanding client pain points to provide accurate resolution.
• Transfer the elements to the higher environment.
• Actively participated in unit testing before code drop and fix the issues found.
• Given a walk through on business requirement for a testing team. Worked in solving the defects which had been raised from SIT and UAT.
• Worked on code changes whenever requirement got added.
• Responsible for spot check of documentation in team.
• Preparation of the design documents.
• Involved in JCL preparation.
• Perform Regression testing of the changed programs.
• Attending daily status calls.
