Core Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compliance risk monitoring and testing on compliance policies in the P2P process.
• Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) sessions offer review, guidance, and controls to the operations on managing relevant core compliance risks.
• Assessing the core compliance risk on all the operational incidents to strengthen the existing controls.
• Conducting periodic reviews and validating the monitoring and testing of business controls across the PTP process, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Providing oversight over the effectiveness of control activities to provide reasonable assurance that the first and second lines of defense internal controls are designed and operating effectively to meet Compliance Policy Requirements.
• Escalates any significant compliance risks, emerging issues, and trends to the Global Process Lead and Risk and Compliance Committee as appropriate.

Additional responsibilities:

• Coordinating with local procurement and FBPs for incident management.
• Uncleared payments reconciliation and dashboard.
• Business Validator for NFTP S/4HANA implementation.
• Vendor statement reconciliation and dispute handling.
• Monthly inventory management.
