Preparation of IO list, Instrument Index, cause & effect drawings, Analysis and study of P&ID diagram and I/O schematics and P&ID up gradation. Generated System architecture, Cable schedule, Functional schematics, Instrument Loop diagrams and junction box wiring diagram Carried out calibration of transmitters, cold loop checks, hot loop checks and prepared reports Involved in fixing magnetic pickup & speed probes. Commissioning Knowledge of CPP System for Field Instrumentation Generated Materials requests for construction related components and accessories. Carried out extensive survey of field Instrumentation, Control system and mechanical tie-in points (compressors & local control panels, pumps & its local panels). Reviewing Basic engineering package including Instrument datasheets, Cable block diagrams, Functional schematics, System architecture. Troubleshooting & calibration of field instruments and Maintenance activities for Analytical Instruments Like control valves, mass flow meters, gas analyzers etc., Interaction with customers and vendors at various stages of Installation and Commissioning. Coordinated with client for approval of documents. Do the shutdown time jobs and take preventive maintenance of all the field instruments.
