I was working as a Cloud Support Engineer .My job is to monitor the flow of the tickets and if there is any issues occur will have to resolve that issue .We used different kind of tools to resolve the different kind of issues

• Being in TCS I worked for Nielsen as a data monitoring analyst.
• In the project, I used Linux Command for monitoring the data and for restarting the servers if some issues arise.
• Use the AWS for running the scripts manually and getting the logs.
