Finance Shared Service Analyst I

• Review project verification tickets of Billing Analysts in Planview, SAP and Clarity to ensure clients billing projects are set up correctly according to their requirements.
• To assist on all queries received from Billing Analysts
• To ensure client is receiving appropriate response on their queries
• To complete UAT of new enhancements in test environment of SAP
• To help team resolve system related issues
• To contact with support team to get the resolution on errors Billing Analysts face on day to day basis

Finance shared service analyst E :

• To study and analyze the contracts and setup the projects accordingly in Planview and SAP and Clarity. Initially worked on Oracle too.
• To ensure clients billing projects are set up correctly according to their requirements.
• Issue the billings in various ways like Time and Material, Milestone billing etc.,
• To issue credit memo for making corrections in Invoices.
• To amend the project setups according to Change Requests/Amendment contracts.
• Assisting inquiries from customers via email regarding Billing, services promoting customer service and satisfaction.
• Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy. Assisting client with their disputes with invoices and resolving the same.
