• Implementation of dedicated Helpline number for empaneled hospitals.
• Developed Quality Indicators for quantitative analysis.

• Development of policy documents for Hospital empanelment & Quality assurance
• Guidance to the state for all the procedures related to creating a network of hospitals under ABPMJAY Quality assurance
• Managing clients, conducting training workshops and project reporting
• Guide & facilitate domain specific technical support to States on matters related to hospital empanelment and quality assurance.

• Project Management Consulting for Ayushman Bharat- Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana for NHA

• Worked as a Senior Executive for the Medical Quality department and was responsible for formulation of policies & SOPs, maintaining Quality standards, IPSG goals, QAs for different departments, Medical & Clinical audits, RCA & CAPA of incidents, Quality improvement initiatives continuous improvements of performance indicators & data validation.
