    petrochemicals products (gaseous & liquids) at Reliance Jamnagar of both inbound &
    outbound movement as logistics site head.
    • Looking after Logistics & inventory management for liquid inventory at port & daily stock in
    our plants (liquids & gases).
    • Leading all automation projects regarding different processes.

    • Lead my team during COVID-19 for logistics planning & dispatch of medical grade oxygen
    from RIL- Jamnagar to PAN India, the movement was done on 24x7 basis amid that critical
    period.
    • Handled unique movement of ethylene from DMD to JMD & emergency Benzene
    movement from JMD to amid cyclone Biparjoy as vessel movement was restricted at that
    point of time.
    • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders i.e. production, quality control,
    marketing, IT, finance & business group while formulating dispatch plan.
    • Negotiating with vendors & placing market tankers as & when sudden emergency plan
    comes.
    • Periodic review of data and doing Vendor capability assessment after analyzing whole data
    on parameters of volume handled, safety & timely delivery of cargo at customer’s end.
  • Impart training (Regarding safety & Product Knowledge) for the team as well as for
    transporters, their coordinators & drivers to keep them updated about nature & hazards of
    cargo/ product they are handling.
    • Leading implementation of JMP / Actual JMP across all petrochemical liquid & gas products
    which include every aspect Designated Route, Authorized Dhaba/ rest place & No go zone
