Ensure coverage and support of all critical service management processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Application Enhancements.

Manage and perform business analysis work associated with change requests, projects and production issues. (Project Management, SDLC, Change Requests.)
Experienced in analyzing & reporting patterns of issues by using ServiceNow. Developed training materials and procedures, and train users in proper use of applications.
Consult with users, management, and technical personnel to clarify business issues, identify problems and suggest changes/solutions.
