• Monitoring of new clients onboarded for Product Verification Testing (PVT) and Post go live parameters.
• Ensuring end to end hand-holding of test payments and advise for correcting formatting.
• Liaising with Operations, Products and Technology to ensure operation readiness and maintain static data set-ups.
• Handling Client queries for speedy resolution.
• Managing Key and High revenue clients with daily monitoring of all transactions.

Data Analyst activity

• Responsibilities include conducting full life cycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design.
• Analysis is performed on processes, systems, clients etc. to find out business improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Reporting and presentation

• Develop analysis and reporting capabilities to monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
• Publishing MIS and dashboard reporting with Top management.
• Developed new analytics tool to allow senior management to understand the impact of each project.
• Preparing presentation for top management.

Process Re-engineering and change management

• Evaluate different processes to find out risk and process improvement opportunity.
• Labor drivers are focused to create automation as per the needs such as system automation, robotics, machine learning or process re-engineering.
• Improving internal process architecture by involving different operation teams.
• Various analysis are performed as per business needs.

• Wordstring project for Inquiry Automation.

• OFAC rules for False Hits.
• Identification of system errors and correct it by raising JIRA.
