• Monitor network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, WAN links) using Zabbix, Aruba, ZIF.
• Identify and troubleshoot L1/L2 incidents such as high latency, packet loss, device down, link flaps.
• Create, update & track incidents through ServiceNow as per SLA.
• Escalate critical issues to L3 / network team and coordinate vendor support (ISP).
• Monitoring critical incident alerts during both business and after hour periods, alerting appropriate department to resolve the issue.
• Shutting down firewall, ESXi host and servers remotely during testing and maintenance.
• Communicate outage updates with service providers to resolve issue.
• Co-ordinate access permission and visitor passes with datacenter facility managers.
