Multi Touch Attribution Model

• Built a multi touch attribution model for digital marketing team by analyzing different touch points across each user
• The model helped optimize marketing spend across different channels/medium, thereby increasing conversions by 14% in the top of the funnel and reduced CAC by 8%.

Credit Analytics mart

• Designed and created a new data mart for the credit team by scrapping data across different sources, thereby helping the leadership team to reduce TAT in various policy refresh decisions.

• Utilize advanced analytics and data visualization tools to drive data-informed decision-making and strategic planning
• Collaborated closely with various teams to ensure seamless operational processes, alignment of goals and achievement of business objectives

Ramp ID Model

• Built a predictive model using machine learning algorithm to predict whether a given ramp id will convert using attributes like contextual, demographical, behavioral etc
• The model achieved an accuracy of 85% and F1 score of 0.84.
• Also, built a business use case for Ramp ID's that would improve accuracy in targeting and increase the conversions for clients

Market Basket Analysis

• A comprehensive analysis of the buyer behavior pattern to improve the width of distribution/ vertical cross selling among buyers
• The project involved use of Apriori algorithm to derive verticals with close association and identify buyers who are most likely to make a transaction of the derived verticals
• A pilot was started for the select geography and buyers by collaborating with the product team and achieved a conversion of ~20% within 2 months

Product Quality Analysis

• A detailed analysis on Product Rating and provide actionable insights on improvement across different business Units at Flipkart.
• The insights and recommendations over a period of time helped achieve the Product Quality at Flipkart from 78% to around 85% and also contributed to significant improvement in net promoter score (NPS).
