• Basic knowledge of Juniper and Cisco Router (Juniper - ACX 4000/2200/1100, Mx480/80, MX 960, MX 104, Cisco - C920, NCS-540, NCS-540)
• Configuration of Juniper (EX-4200/3300), D-Link and Edge core switches
• Providing Layer-2 and Layer-3 Service Support against Customer Service-Related issues, consists of Packet Loss, Latency, Link Flapping, Slow Speed Etc.
• Co-ordinate with Field engineers, Technicians for Testing faults and failures.
• Troubleshooting L3-VPN, Backbone links on Juniper MX-960, ACX4000, ACX2000, ACX7100, ACX7100, Cisco - C920, NCS 540, NCS 5504 series router.
• Implementation, troubleshooting and resolution of Google Railway Station Wi-Fi, Rural Wi-Fi links and Access Point issues.
• AP Configuration of Ruckus and Cisco.
• Monitoring and Basic Troubleshooting on Tejas OLT.
