Roles and Responsibilities:

• Concept Design and Area finalization with management.
• Building Plan Approvals, Fire Approvals.
• Coordination with Consultants for Submission Drawings along with IGBC and EC compliances.
• Coordination with Marketing team for sale areas, Inventory and branding.
• Working Drawings Coordination with Architecture, Structure and MEP consultants.
• Coordination and reviewing BOQs for Tenders with various consultants
• Coordination with interior consultants for sample flat design, exploring options with vendors for furniture, Lighting, sanitary Fixture etc.
• Site Coordination and resolving queries for Site team and Contractors.
• Puri Corporate Head Office, Janpath, New Delhi

Design and Build 3000 sq ft Corporate Office for a staff of 50 people.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Complete Interior Layout design from basic concept to execution and completion.
• Material Selection, Furniture design, Lighting selection, CP sanitary selection and Installation.
• On site all services fitouts coordination including MEP, HVAC and Fire Alarm system.

• Prepared Working Drawings GFCs and issued on target dates for smooth coordination with Site Team.
• Coordination with Structure and MEP consultants.
• Prepared Mood Boards for Materials as per Interior and exterior design schemes for client.
• Attend Design review meetings with client and prepared MOM for Project.

• Prepared Concept Design, 3d Renders and Scale models for project to present to CPWD team.
