• Assisting the team on swarm assistance requests and also created learning journey for Salesforce Maps.
• Handling cases across different P&Ts in salesforce: Developer Support, Mobile, Security, General Usage, DevOps, Salesforce Maps
• Engaging in discussions with customer business stakeholders to provide guidance on issues arising from their existing enterprise architecture functions like Security, Performance, Development processes, Release Management and application governance.
• Resolve cases from customers, ensuring adherence of service level agreements, and objectives, across multiple product topic areas in salesforce.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Internal Infrastructure and Architecture such as Message Queue, Network Infrastructure, etc.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to Engineers and teammates across various product areas including LWC,Apex, Mobile Development, Integration(APIs), Platform Events, Performance Optimization, Einstein Analytics, Security, Networking, Salesforce DevOps, Salesforce Maps, etc.

• Development efforts in the following sub pillars of the Salesforce.com platform – Apex Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Experience Cloud Sites, Workflows, Approval Process, Flows & Process Builder, Application sharing and security model, Aura component framework, Lightning Web Component Framework.

Project Details:

Web store/enhancements for technology and multimedia company,
was involved in the development of the web store enhancements – worked on various visual force and apex for store related customized development, REST API integration, batch jobs and reporting. Some of the major components/functionality included here is Product listing and details, Cart management, Checkout, Order confirmation, Integration with Payment gateway and SAP system for logistics and distribution.

IDFC first bank project , was a highly demanding and one of the biggest project in Persistent, with various Business Lobbies which were are managed. In my 5 months of working here , I had the chance to work in Two Wheeler Loan Journey and Also Horizontal Pipeline Projects which extend across all the Loan Journeys of IDFC.

Being high demanding client , I had the opportunity of facing the client for requirement gathering and estimating the timelines, and also discussing business use cases and turning them into implementation plans
