Automation – OCB (one-click billing) and OCEOD (one-click end-of-day) – where all manual work has been implemented in one tool. In OCB and OCEOD, it is heavily dependent on SQL queries. SRE: Having hands-on knowledge in SRE, like Git, Snow, Kibana, Kafka, aCM, and Jesi.

Fex to SQL conversion: convert Fex files in SQL and create automation in TOAD. Also schedule the automation at the required intervals to produce reports.

KRRISH (eyeshare) is a block programming tool used in Amdocs for automation. Automating reports, checking the status of jobs, acting on alerts, providing workarounds for known defects, checking cycle status, and sending alerts if SLA is missing are some common areas where KRRISH is working efficiently.

Worked on automation requests from all application teams, understanding requirements from stakeholders, and designing a Shell script to be wrapped by SRE/KRRISH flow or logic to be implemented using KRRISH flow as required within the committed deadline.
