1)Project: Electronics component failure Reduction in Tyre Building Machine

  • Measured and collected the temperature data from each individual IO modules and Safety IO modules and found Safety IO modules has the highest temperature.
  • TOP3 base module has been inserted between of all safety IO modules in all machine.
  • RIO's Resulting Safety IO modules temperature has been decreased 39C to 31C

2)Project: MTTR Reduction in Tyre Building Machine for Communication-Related Breakdowns

  • Implemented a comprehensive monitoring system displaying all drive Ethernet device communication statuses in Graphical view on a single page within the HMI interface. This initiative significantly contributed to reducing MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) by providing quick and efficient identification and resolution of communication-related breakdowns
