• Categorizing daily data according to state requirements - In 2004 and 2005, 738 and 936 annual financial reports, were prepared respectively, for submission to the U.S. government.
• Reports included details on deposits, withdrawals, banking transactions, and other reconciliations using OroSolutions, Crystal Reports, and CheckFree.

• Maintained complete accounts and inventory, assisted in preparing sales tax and central excise reports & coordinated with auditors during account finalization.
• Reconciled bills payable, receivables, and bank accounts, managed daily debtors list, and expense statements, ensured timely payments to suppliers
