• Project Management: Handling overall planning, scheduling and managing projects in line with organizations long term goals, ensuring completion of assignments within time and budgetary parameters.
• Material Management: Coordinating with purchase team in planning for materials. Tracking all items required in the plant and leading the team for arranging logistics and Timely dispatch of materials.

• In machine shop work allotment for different machine like Lathe, Radial drilling machine, milling machine.
• Develop and execute production schedules.
• Basic programing and nesting in CNC Plasma Cutting machine.
• To prepare and submit daily and weekly production schedules.
• Preparing the purchase order on basis of received drawing.
• Materials follow up form purchase department & vendor.
• Excellent management and administrative skills with work allotment and manpower handling.
• Familiarity with metal fabrication, forming and welding process like GTAW, SMAW etc.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments Caliper, linear scales, and dial gauges, temperature gauges, vibrations checking instruments etc.
• To develop cost reduction ideas through Production planning, acquisition of tooling.
• To offer stage wise inspection call as per quality assurance plan.
• Ability to work independently on a variety of projects.
• Manpower management: Identification of right person for particular job, keep involving of workers in job by good behavior and technical knowledge.
• Confirm with vendor, staff and management person regarding procedures, product specification and project status.
• Review production schedule, order and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing method.
• U stamp & CE marking Job experience and basic knowledge on ASME section VIII Div 1 Code.
