• Implement the Security & safety rules and legal compliance as per BOCW act.
• Handling a team of 300 security people in a large area of 70 acre which include 70 % operational offices and housing society and 30 % under construction projects.
• Handling 10 prestigious clients relationship like IBM, ERICSSON, MERCER, TCS , GLOBAL LOGICS, IMPATUS etc. to make smooth operations.
• Handling of more than 8 thousand client and other manpower footfall on daily basis.
• Handling of more than 4 thousand vehicle movement across the premises per day.
• Responsible for all the security and safety operations in premises like traffic control, material control. Parking management, Vendor and Contractors staff, labors dealing and maintaining safe working atmosphere.
• Managing end to end security system and equipment’s for Commercial & Housing projects i.e. CCTV, boom barriers, bollards, baggage scanners, DFMD’s & turn styles etc.
• Preparing Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
• Inspection of Tool, Tackles, Cranes, Hydra, and other types of machinery.
• Conducting Daily Toolbox Talk meeting as well as motivational speeches.
• Conducting Safety Walk Round with contractor’s safety and insuring Compliance to all Noncompliance issues.
• To implement safety of workers, machinery and environment considering HSE quality.
• Inculcate a feeling among the workmen and induce awareness for the safety to use helmets, safety shoes, hand gloves, eye wear, ear plugs etc.
• Participate in the Hazard identification and its elimination program.
• Corrective Action on Unsafe Acts/Conditions and reporting.
• Conducting monthly basis audits with contractors.
• Preparing monthly & Weekly safety report.
• Maintaining safety document.
• Conducting safety committing meeting with contractors.
• Implement the work permits system at working site.
• Conduct Skilled & unskilled labour training program.
• Conduct Mass meeting with staff and Workers.
• Maintain all Transmission Line Safety Checklist and LOTO Procedures.
• Investigate all Near Miss, Incidents, and Accidents and maintain their record.
