Responsibilities:

• Creating Business Reports: Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insights into business performance
• Tracking Billing and Dispatches: Ensuring that billing and dispatches align with contractual agreements and maintaining uninterrupted supply at stores
• Monitoring Sell-through: Keeping eye on rate at which seasonal products are being sold to gauge their success and inform future decisions
• Weekly Stock Health Check: Conducting regular assessments of stock levels to ensure optimal inventory management
• COMP Growth Report Tracking: Tracking COMP (comparable store sales) growth on a weekly basis to measure performance against previous periods
• Handling Returns and Claims: Managing process of returns to vendors (RTV) and settling customer claims with brand
• Support in OTB Planning: Assisting in Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning, which involves budgeting merchandise purchases based on sales forecasts and inventory levels
• Range Planning: Creating plans for assortment of products to be sold in each season
• Buying Responsibilities: Purchasing products for two specific categories: Accessories and Fitness
• Seasonal Article Master Preparation: Preparing and updating main list of seasonal articles in system
• Supporting Marketing Initiatives: Assisting marketing team with tracking key initiatives and high-profile product launches
• Sales and Stock Analysis: Analyzing sales data and stock levels on a weekly basis to identify trends and inform decision-making
