The Conversion can be Started clicking on any of the OLBB Angular page with Virtual Agent, Where user can get answers to their queries. When user feels that his/her queries are not answered, user can be transitioned to service Now Live agent to start the Live conversation from there they can resolved their queries easily.

With the recent acquisition of Bank of West and its subsidiaries, the objective of the conversion is to move customers from Treasury Now to OLBB Application. With as little impact to the customer as possible. The overall approach for Customer and user onboarding is to automate the data extraction, translate the data and load it into OLBB and associated system required to support the product.
