• Ensure preventive maintenance and TPM is accomplished and documented in a discipline manner.
• Establish and maintain an asset list and appropriate equipment files reflecting any changes or improvements to the equipment.
• Check and Follow Daily checklist required.
• Maintain the overall equipment's files.
• Ensure the operators are trained on their role in preventive and ongoing maint.
• Maintain %s in control area.

• To carryout planned / improvement work as allotted by shift manager.
• Maintain machine history card, Maintenance log book
• Maintain 5s condition in Maintenance work area and tool kit.
• Follow safe working practice while doing maintenance work.
• Support to shift manager for preparation of machine spares and services.

Provide ongoing support of operations by troubleshooting PLCs and electrical system

Be familiar with Company's drawing system, industrial standards, National Electrical Safety code
