- As Officer in-charge of canteen CSD store in the Air Force station, remodelled the canteen infrastructure with project budget of INR 75 L and effectively negotiated with vendors/suppliers.
- Analysed Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) capabilities, pioneered INR 55 L worth CBRN facility project, setup CBRN facility & created a new CBRN Cell, boosted Air Base preparedness .
- Improved team performance by providing comprehensive training to 400 employees and fostering a collaborative work environment during military exercises.

- At NCC HQ Visakhapatnam, represented the IAF, coached 400 cadets for the Republic Day parade and headed the selection team board for shortlisting 10 cadets out of 1K cadets for the final parade.
- Headed team of 800 NCC cadets during NCC ‘Yogdan’ exercise, supported Visakhapatnam Civil Administration and State Police in voluntary work during Covid-19.
- Interviewed and Shortlisted NCC cadets for YEP (Youth Exchange Program) and implemented new mentoring program to promote positive growth and engagement.
- As the Deputy Camp Commander for CATC (Combined Annual Training Camp), directed training activities for cadets, controlled budget of INR 10 L and fulfilled administrative requirements.
