KEY PROJECTS:

• Building CICD for Java Based App - Linux / Node JS / WAS Liberty (2020-2021): With no prior experience in Distributed systems - Linux / Node Js / WAS Liberty / Oracle DB ) I took the challenge to build CICD Jenkins pipeline for a distributed application.Deployment of CICD helped the development team to reduce project implementation efforts by approx 30 % and to deliver much faster time to market.
• MKS Implementer to ARCAD/Jenkins CICD Migration (2017-2019) : Migration involved a huge transformation of the Legacy system running on iSeries to be linked to the DevOps stack. As Delivery Lead and Technical specialist I got involved from learning new Tools - ARCAD / RDI / JENKINS conducted a successful POC, sharing the knowledge to the wider team across the globe and successfully built the CICD structure for our product. Over the span of 2 years, we successfully roll out ARCAD / Jenkins for our application globally and saved around 75% effort and cost-saving for development teams.
• Multi-Entity Gold 8 Upgrade (2012-2014): The project involved migration of the 20+ individual application instances for the respective countries to 5 regional instances. I was involved in building design and infrastructure architecture solutions for the Product Upgrade. I created the detailed migration plan, led the testing and execution of the global rollout. The new architecture enabled the business to cut down IT cost by 50 per cent every year for the last 5 years and helped to bring more business in competitive markets.

Project - Receivables Finance Saudi Deployment ( Onsite - Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia )

As part of the HSBC group requirement an upgraded version ( code and infra ) of our application was required to be deployed within a challenging Saudi Data centre system. I have worked as the on-site project coordinator / Environments SME and provided on-shore support throughout the project phase and successfully setup and deployed the upgraded product. Further trained the IT colleagues at Riyadh Office and received much praise from IT and Business colleagues for this accomplishment.
