As a Manager at Deloitte, I take care of Pre-sales, customer invoicing, recruitment and delivery of projects. Below are the delivery related customers & work performed:

1. IKEA (Mar'23 to Present): Project Manager & Ariba Advisory for on-going SAP Ariba global implementation (Buying & Invoicing). Responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, managing vendor contracts & budgets, project delivery.

2. State Trading Organization, Maldives (May '22 to Mar'23): Project Manager & Ariba Solution Architect for Greenfield implementation of SAP Ariba SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, SNAP Buying & DSN integrated to SAP ECC using CIG. Responsible for business blue printing, project planning, project delivery, resource management, customer invoicing.

Steady State Manager (Austria & Germany) for non-merchandise Procure to Pay, Architect for Ariba Guided Buying &
Ariba Spot Buy, Ariba Test Manager (TOSCA automation test tool & HP ALM), SAP Ariba Advisory consultant for English
speaking countries (USA, Australia, Ireland, UK) roll-out.

As an In-house Steady State Manager, I managed the vendor team & Aldi's support team. I took care cost estimations & approvals for binding offers to partners.

Implemented various Ariba modules like Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying & Invoicing including areas like Ariba Network Customizations, Catalogs, Contract Migrations, Tactical Sourcing, Cloud Integration Gateway, Guided Buying for customers like JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bahn, Johnson & Johnson, Cummins, Las Vegas Sands, Suncor Energy.

For the customer Johnson & Johnson: Implemented Ariba 9R2 (on-premise) & Ariba On-demand (Cloud/SaaS). Also, worked on the Spot Buy implementation for US region with eBay & PayPal. Performed several on-premise core code changes and customizations with java, AWL, AML. Worked on guided buying. Implemented SSO during Ariba 9R2 implementation.

For the customer Caterpillar: Implemented Ariba 9R1 on-premise solution. Worked on several customizations using Java, AML. Worked on reporting using Ariba analysis & Inspector(AQL/SQL). Integrated Ariba with several ERPs including SAP.
