Title: Payment MicroServices

Payment MicroServices is the combination of three applications i.e BSL,RDMP,CPD,CreditCard.Therese applications are following the Microservice Framework and are accomplishing the objective for which they are define.

  • BSL is Rest-based Access to Banking's Systems which acts as a middleware layer and is designed in microservice based framework which receives the request from consumers and after the validation checks with respect to the call it's been forwarded to the backend system to process the request.
  • RDMP is a platform which facilitates Deutsche bank to offer products to customers who can buy products (Fixed Term Deposits) from their existing accounts.
  • CPD Online is an application designed which that manages transactions on CpD accounts (Conto pro Diverse), which are technical collective accounts for all failed bookings within ZVKK.

Roles and Responsibility:-

  • Responsible for leading and mentoring the team in technical environment.
  • Handling Product management Lifecycle.
  • Application review for performance enhancement.

Title: Portico Gateway

Portico Gateway was the gateway service provided by TSYS Globalpayment to different consumer to perform the payment via pos terminal. This Gateway help to perform the end to end payment cycle which includes EOD settlement. That Gateway services previously have Monolithic architecture as part of modernization they shifted all the services to Microservices architecture on gcp platform.

Roles and Responsibility:-

  • Migration of On-prem (Legacy Application) to GCP Cloud
  • Compete troubleshooting of production issues to determine root cause and provides fix recommendations to the development team.
  • Troubleshooting the payment related issues like failed transaction, reverser transaction,batch jobs, etc, Supporting Squid proxy, WAF setup for application.
  • Monitoring and setup the KPI dashboard and alert management for payment domain applications using different monitoring tools like Splunk, LogicMonitor,Aternity,Thousandeye.
  • Handle queries raised by different merchants.
  • Provide 24*7 to for application availability.
  • Diagnose connectivity issues relating to middleware across all the third party environment
  • Support daily operational activity like patching, Traffic routing, Certificate Update, Batch clearing

  • Worked as part of the L2 Production support team to support all global Projects for different clients/Issuer and 6 different applications. Wallet includes are Apple Pay, Google Pay, Android pay, Citi Wallets and much more.
  • Provided Knowledge transfer/training to teams.
  • Taking ownership for any of the hot/blocker issues and provide solutions to mitigate the impact.
  • Proactive in providing resolutions for TRTs, SWAT calls for taking decision on behalf of Application owner.
