• Condition monitoring of Transformers up to 220 kV.

• Responsible for Lock out Tag out procedure, Earthing & Grounding work of Equipment.
• Responsible for performing operations/Routine maintenance of electrical equipment like PCC, IMCC, VCB, ACB, Motor, VFD, Transformer & DG Set (up to 2000 kva) etc.
• Support & Prepare Electrical installations and setup for Statutory & Third party inspections as required.
• Routine, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of HT LT Panels, Transformers 66/11kV & 11/0.433kV, Protection Devices, Breakers, Motors, Diesel Generators (up to 2000 KVA), Switch gears, VFDs, Plant Lightings, etc.
• Prepare all type of documents related to Job (Daily Report, Material inventory status, BOM, BOQ)
• Giving instructions for usage of safety equipments during job execution to prevent accidents.
• Actively managing projects & PM from the field, addressing issues that arise during job execution & providing solution at site.
• Shift & Manpower management.
• Daily TBT Discussions with Supervisors, Technicians & helpers including Safety topics.
• RCA & CAPA to prevent repeatedly failure and sharing with Team.
• Working in SAP & Procurement.
• Support & Assist to identify Electrical Spares & Preparing MIN - MAX.

• Commissioning and Testing of Electrical equipment like Motor control system (IMCC), Power control system, Transformer, HT - LT Panels, APFC Panel, MLDB, PDB, etc.
• Testing & Commissioning of 6.6 kV to 220 kV Indoor HT Panels.
• Testing & Commissioning of Relays (Numerical, Electromagnet & Auxiliary).
• Testing of Commissioning of Vacuum & Air Circuit Breakers (Siemens, ABB, Areva, L&T).

• Electrical Supervisor license.
