Singapore PowerGrid - DTR -255 Project - Project Manager

• Coordinate with SPPG for Transformer Replacement all over Singapore 1 MVA, 1.5 MVA, 10 MVA.
• Testing:- Site Survey, Arranging for Transformer delivery, Arrange Testing team for SAT( SFRA, TAN Delta Test, Ratio Test, IR Test), Arrange Cable Jointer for cable termination for Transformer HT/LT and LT Board.
• Testing, Commissioning and Handover to SPPG.
• Oil sample collection for DGA & Partial discharge test.
• Coordinate cross functional activities with Internal contractors , prepare execution plans and schedule accordingly.
• Serves as Single point contact with clients, OEM and internal contractors.
• Mointor internal contractors claims and invoice support documents.

SERVICE ENGINEER:-

• Responsible in End to end Installation, testing and commissioning of Power transformer, distribution transformer and rectifier transformer. Transformers i have worked with includes Hitachi Transformers, Schneider Transformers, Siemens Transformers and ABB Transformers.
• Perform Transformer oil leak repair and servicing maintenance.
• Responsible in doing Transformer vaccum, oil filteration and oil test.
• Identify and troubleshooting transformer accessories and control circuit.
• Prepare document for MOS and RA.
• Planning work schedule and execution.
• Performing site survey.
• Material arrangement and Manpower Control.
• Transformer Testing. SFRA Test, Ratio Test, Winding Resistance Test, TAN Delta Test, HI POT Test, IR Test.

Project Revolution Windfarm Substation (Jan 2023 - Jan 2024) - Site Engineer

• Four Transformer Erection 280 MVA, Two Shunt Reactor 120 MVAR, Erection and assemble the accessories for transformer and shunt reactor with cooler banks.
• Transformer and Shunt reactor vaccum and oil filtration process.
• Perform SAT TEST: SFRA Test, Ratio Test, Winding Resistance Test, TAN Delta Test, CT RATIO Primary Injection and secondary Injection, IR Test, OLTC Function Test, Pre commissioning Test.
• Material Arrangement and Manpower control & Time Management.
• Rectify Punch list modification.

Project Changhua 2204 Windfarm Project (April 2024 - Dec 2024) - Site Engineer

• Two Transformer Erection 360 MVA, Two Shunt Reactor 80 MVAR, Erection and assemble the accessories for transformer and shunt reactor with cooler banks.
• Transformer and Shunt reactor vaccum and oil filtration process.
• Perform SAT TEST: SFRA Test, Ratio Test, Winding Resistance Test, TAN Delta Test, CT RATIO Primary Injection and secondary Injection, IR Test, OLTC Function Test, Pre commissioning Test.
• Material Arrangement and Manpower control & Time Management.
• Rectify Punch list modification.

• Collecet the sample transformer oil do the insulation test.
• Troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of Heat tracing system.

• Zeroing and 5point check all type of transmitters.
• Loop checking and trouble shooting of all type of PT,TT,LT,FT,limit switches, Sov.

• Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, material, consumables, equipment, tools etc.,required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans and analysis all possible construction methodologies and recommend best option to the Assistants.
• Interperts construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards and specifications prior to execution of jobs.
• Manages directly and provide engineering & technical support to all the electrical work group at site.
• Plan the execution of all electrical related work and coordinate the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Coordinate with client for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Ensure that all site works are done according to applicable quality standards.
• Responsible to submit daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and other monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
