Following Responsibilities and role in MTP dept.

• Coordinate and monitor overhauling activities of machine and equipments
• Plan the outages of machines and critical equipments
• Condition Monitoring of equipment to ensure the healthiness of equipments and machines such as vibration, speed, sound of equipments on period basis.
• Planning of work order permits
• Monitoring the O&M Budget
• Planning for outage of Machine for coming years
• Monitoring of critical spare availabilities
• Conducting internal Audits for work permits

Following Responsibilities in Operation Dept. and BE department.

• Working as Shift-In-Charge to ensure the DC has been declared to WRLDC as per our machine availability,
• Responsible for preparing DFR report ( Daily Flash report. and reporting to Senior Management.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing a shift.
• Provide handholding to supervisors in maintaining the Load as per schedule given by WRLDC & monitoring WRLDC site for any update, any deviation settlement mechanism( DSM) and coordinating with WRLDC
• Strict adherence to Permit system as per RGPPL permit rules and Regulations
• Conduct the PeP talk and Toolkit Talk with supervisors and Operators and maintain a team sprite for proper communication and coordination.
• Handle the Emergency situation as per SOP in case of any fire or incident occurs , the dummy situation is created in form of Mock Drill for preparedness.

Following Responsibilities and worked carried out

• Maintain Oracle-based ERP solutions and their backup.
• Maintain wired communication (intercom); Ericsson makes EPABX.
• Manage Network Connectivity, Internet, Lease Line Connectivity.
• In house Internal website Development and Maintenance.
• Wireless communication management.
• Manage the Mail server Microsoft Exchange Server for internal mail communication (OWA).
• Drafting Cyber Crisis Management Plan (CCMP) for RGPPL
• Prepared the DPM ( Disaster Planning and Management ) roll of IT department for RGPPL

Following responsibilities are carried out in the IT department.

• Administration of the IT Department, including ERP maintenance.
• Worked on wired communication system Intercom EPABX (Ericsson Make MX One 4.1v).
• Maintain the availability of the Internet and leased lines.
• Maintain servers for the internal website (intranet).
• Maintain the Wireless communication ( Motorola based Communication ),
• Maintain the Exchange server (mail server) by Microsoft.
• Budgeting and Procurement of equipments and systems for IT department .

Following responsibilities are carried out in the IT department.

• Oracle Based ERP (FINMAT) maintenance and backup.
• Wired communication system maintenance Ericsson make EPABX MX one 4.1 EPABX.
• Maintenance of Network Communication, Internet, Lease Line.
• Intranet website maintenance and development (Intranet).
• Upkeep the Motorola make Wireless communication.
• Maintenance and backup of Mail server Microsoft based Exchange server.
• Prepare purchase request for IT equipment/system.

• Posted in the C&I Maintenance Department, where I worked on the DCS (Distributed Control System) designed by Invensys (now Schneider Electric).
• Worked on DCS implemented in the HRSG and BOP in RGPPL.

• As an Executive Trainee, I completed 2 months of training at NPTI, Faridabad, in Power Generation and posted in C&I Maintenance department where I looked after the Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine ( by GE Electric)
• Worked on Gas Turbine / Steam turbine control system Mark-V and Mark -VIe
