Lead the large deal during the sales cycle along with engagement team and interface with client
o Act as single point of contact for client during entire bid cycle
o uses a combination of internal and external offerings, services, labour, assets, hardware, and
software to meet client business requirements
o Lead multi-discipline teams of subject-matter experts, Architects during solution development
o Work on various RFI/RFP/deal (Multimillion and Multiyear) for India and SA
o Evaluate the cloud solution offerings in proposed solution evaluation
o Engage in defining the SLA, SOW and Contract also involved in commercial negotiation
o Customer interfacing which includes Clarification Workshops, Solution Workshops, Solution
Presentations and Site visits
o Drive and Own Solution discussions with Internal Stakeholders which includes: Solution
Workshops, Solution Reviews Calls, Deal Review Calls and participate in Deliverability
Assessment calls
o Vendor evaluation and negotiation for any third party related scope /work /solutions
o Run the technical delivery assessment process for internal solution approval
o Prepare the overall solution after stitching the respective solutions from other towers or
verticals
o Prepare the overall integrated cost case which include transition, transformation and BAU
o Own the definition of the services solutions and are the primary source of engagement
management and solution design around the world and across technical disciplines
