Global Mobility: Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end visa processing for ANZ region and provide the necessary guidance to the teams for smooth processing
  • Involve in consultation/due-diligence with stakeholder in account team to understand the requirement and provide the Global Mobility suggestion to account team
  • Handling the visa application lodgment for Australia subclass 482/400/600/ENS, New Zealand – Specific Purpose and Event Visa
  • Singapore – EP/S-PASS/BV, Hong Kong – Work Permit/Dependent visa/BV, PAR), India- Business visa for associate who is travelling from other countries, China- Business visa/Work Permit/Dependent visa
  • Malaysia- Employment visa processing and visa draft in MDEC portal
  • KSA- IQAMA, Business visa etc visa processing assistance
  • UAE- Employment permit, mission visa processing, business visa processing
  • In-house processing – in-depth due diligence on lodgment process, done in-housing application processing for ANZ work permit visas
  • Ensure weekly travelers reports send to ANZ HR and global Assignment team
  • Discuss with business managers on the LWOP requirement in case of keeping the work permit in active status
  • Preparing annual & monthly compliance reports and share to COE team
  • Ensure compliance obligation are adhered on-time, closely work with WA team to ensure the case at the compliant
  • Initiate the cessation to Immigration Department post associates departure if there is no further assignments
  • Validating the associates visa copy and provide the confirmation to TAG team for onsite requirement
  • Ensure up-to-date visa requirement are shared with TAG well in advance during the souring stage to avoid any delay in document collection post offer is roll-out
  • Handling escalation, addressing the same with proper solution, and ensuring to take proactive measure to avoid the same in future
  • Work with VRA transformation team for change request (CR) implementation in internal application system
  • Ensure policy & procedure document are up-to-date as per the Govt
  • Policies and available for respective stakeholders/internal portals for their access
  • People management, addressing the team member concerns and if required, taking-up with my management for resolution

TSC (Talent supply chain):Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with BU on demand planning and fulfillment strategy based on available talent pools
  • Validation of the open positions - Profile analysis and priority of the open demands
  • Search of internal professionals who have the required profile and can meet the demands
  • Cross-project allocation of negotiation taking into account priority demand professional expectation and cost
  • Constant monitoring of key Supply & Demand indicators including the% of billable allocation we have and analysis of the forecast of this indicator for future fortnights
  • Allocation Search for deallocated professionals
  • Monitoring compliance with allocation policy
  • Periodic alignment with internal clients to improve services and processes
  • Participation meeting with executives and other teams also involved in Supply & Demand process
  • Monitoring Reporting of results and indicators for management decision making

For Australia WP & DP visa filing we have to prepare visa & nomination draft before filing the application with DHA. It is take around 2 hrs to 2 hrs 30 mins to prepare the draft. Based on research and idea given by me it is reduced to 15 mins for each application, it saved man power & cost saving for the organization.
