  • Responsible for Production and key performance indicators: productivity, quality, cost, On time delivery, safety and morale parameters of plant and Subcontractors –Acetate frame manufacturing &Assembly
  • Responsible for maintaining manufacturing budgets and production goals.
  • Responsible for the operation activity in all manufacturing and support areas of Eyewear frames with approximately 120 employees and 12 supervisors for Regular Production and New product development timelines .
