Company Overview: Injection Molding through the manufacture Plastic components various types for automobile like Gear, Fuel injector, Touch sensor body, 3 in 1 sensor, Battery tray, etc.

Major Customers: Honda, Maruti, Aisin, Valeo, Dellorto, Bosch, Plastic Omnium, Raicam, Advik, Phinia etc.

Role & Responsibilities :-

• First piece approval and Layout Inspection.
• Joint Inspection with Customer and Supplier.
• Responsible for analysis of major line problems using 7QC tools and making action plan.
• Handle customer complaint.
• Monitoring and Analysis the rejections & meeting with concerned department at Red bin Area.
• Maintain monthly rejection data & submit to top management.
• Ensure the Non-confirming products supplied by the supplier and analysis the rejection.
• Conduct Pre-Dispatch inspection report.
• Have hands on experience of 7Qc Tools, MSA, GD&T, SPC and 5'S.
• CMM Programming & Fixture Validation & Gear profile measurement.
• Prepare Counter-measure for mold correction on the basis of inspection report.
• Knowledge of Measuring Instrument (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM-Zeiss, Contour Tracer, Hardness Tester, Surface Roughness Tester) etc.
