• Led several transformation programs preceded with Design Thinking sessions and workshops.
• For one of the largest Insurance brokerage firm Was Leading a domain led Transformation and Application transition ($28 B Deal) covering US, Europe, and Asia.
• Led several Business Process Re-engineering Programs for North American based large carriers in Life and Annuity, Retirement, Introduced Agentic AI for process Disruption. Led several portfolio analysis and application rationalization programs for North American based large insurance carriers.
• For one of the largest global Brokerage Firm, spearheaded a domain led application consolidation and rationalization program.

• For one of the Largest Insurance Carrier in North America headed a Center of Excellence for Business analysis.
• For one of the Largest Insurance Carrier in North America led a Transformation program in Claims administration. In the process proposed modernization of claims operation involving automation, enhanced User Experience, powered by Gen Ai based solutions.

• Conceptualized several Solutions for CTO Groups and Innovation Labs in different lines of Business. Led the Development of business Solutions catering to the needs of the customers in Insurance right from Incubation, Conceptualization and finally to the Market ready stage.
