• Joined Applied Materials India Private Limited, Bangalore as a Senior Product Analyst II for FEP Centura CGA
• FEP Centura CGA is Control System solution provided to semi-conductor manufactures which is very important software for front end processing of semi-conductor wafers
• Handling the customer queries by interacting with the customers and customer engineers at Site
• Interaction with customer and customer engineers from the FAB from different semi-conductor manufacturing fabrication units
• Understanding the customer needs in order to meet the customer requirements
• Understanding the customer queries and providing the solution as required upon interaction with the development engineers
• Providing the solution to customer needs based on the priority to the customer or by understanding the incidents happened at customer sites in order to overcome the loss caused at site
• Responsible for getting done the Quality Assurance of the product by validation of the software
