• As part of the Global Software Support team, I troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues, ensuring smooth tool functionality. I handle Jira tickets from global clients, investigating and analyzing complex technical coding issues. By simulating the problem environment, I collect necessary data to reproduce and resolve issues, using in-house tools like Sequencer to check for memory leaks and tool performance.
• I have hands-on experience debugging scripts and identifying root causes via Bitbucket, suggesting code changes to development. If a bug is identified, I offer workarounds to minimize downtime until a fix is implemented. I maintain constant communication with stakeholders, testing and ensuring submitted JIRA solutions work across multiple scenarios.
• Additionally, I provide post-implementation support and bridge communication between the development team and clients to ensure satisfaction. I also design and deliver user training materials, contributing to cross-platform solutions and handling software releases effectively.

• Working as a Technical issue handler includes designing and development in the Soarian Financials team(Cerner in-house product for hospitals) by maintaining the deployed project by troubleshooting to provide end to end solution to the Client
• Used SQL to debug issues to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommended system solution for upgrading the web application product
• Provide the application support initially when there is request from the client and the resolution in multiple ways based on the scenario provided by the client
• Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Responsibilities included analyzing solution documents and technical specifications, working on COM applications, and performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
• Provided defect fixing and QA support, as well as ecommerce and enterprise application release support. I implemented process improvements and best practices, prepared status reports, and communicated with clients.
• Compiled monthly performance reports in the form of metrics and ensured efficient delivery and coordination between onsite and offshore teams and collaborated with technical and design teams to develop innovative software applications and participated in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging technologies.
