Achievements

• Implemented Electronic Batch Record system to review and release batches. First paperless systematic batch record review in West that contains all critical information to evaluate risk before releasing product.

• Collaborated with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams (including QM, MM, and PP), and senior leadership to gather and analyze quality-related pain points, translating them into SAP-integrated product features and process improvements.
• Served as the central liaison between business units, SAP technical teams (ABAP), UI/UX teams, and quality stakeholders to define the product roadmap with a focus on user-centric SAP QM solutions.
• Developed and maintained detailed product documentation—including User Requirement Specifications (URS), Functional Design Specifications (FDS), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)—for over 100 quality-related SAP transactions and actions.
• Designed and implemented testing and validation processes for SAP QM features by collaborating closely with QA, UI, and functional teams to rapidly iterate based on end-user feedback.
• Applied design thinking methodologies to improve digital workflows related to quality inspections, notifications, stock posting within the SAP QM module.
