• Understanding Project Requirements
• Identifying test scenarios based on the requirements and Designing test cases for the scenarios identified.
• Customization and configuration of overall Salesforce settings such as new Task creation, creating page layouts and record types, custom links, related lists.
• Testing Validation Rules, Workflow Rules and Approval Processes for new Tasks, field updates and Email alerts according to application requirements.
• Creating and customizing new Users and implementing security and sharing rules for different users at different levels of organization.
• Generating Reports based on the requirement of the business users and creating Dashboards for various profiles.

• Experience in handling issue tickets using CISM and Service now tool.
• Experience in Project documentation using Confluence and SharePoint.
