• Responsible for delivering In school Sports program in 17 Residential School across Bengaluru, Chitradurga & Belthangady
• Overseeing of the Program delivery in a efficient manner and management of close to 50 Coaches on daily basis
• End to end management of budgeting, forecasting, procurement.
• Screening of coaches for the Various sports & Organizing mid year & annual training to enhance their potential
• Trained newly recruited coaches on operational procedures and protocols.
• Created reports on mid year and annual performance and customer satisfaction survey across all schools
• Maintained cordial relationships with School/College Principal through regular visits

CSR : Corporate Social Responsibility

• Assisted with Implementing CSR initiative of ICICI bank across Mysore & Bengaluru rural school.
• Involving Survey of School Grounds, overseeing construction works eg : Cricket Pitch, procurement of sports goods.

• Designed promotional campaigns to deliver insurance services during pandemic.
• Cultivated relationships with key stakeholders and clients to enhance service satisfaction.
• Directed team members, providing leadership and guidance to achieve goals.
