  • Benefits testing projects: BCBSNC members and providers submit various claims every year for different products. The benefits applied for every service on the claim will be validated against business requirements, state, and federal mandates.
  • Yearly refresh projects: BCBSNC is aiming to migrate individual, small, large group, and ASO LOBs from their legacy PMHS system. QE will assist in the Acceptance Testing phase, which includes planning, design, managing, and executing Acceptance and End-to-End testing.
