• Working as a Senior Analyst in Recon team for Hudsonbay Capital Management LP Client from 1st April 2019 to till the date
• Performing reconciliation for products like equity, bonds, mortgage-backed securities, futures, options and spot for client.
• Managing & executing various recs like cash, position, dividend, interest, swap, OTE, OTC. Providing detailed comments, investigating breaks and solving discrepancies.
• Monitoring data loading for all prime brokers and liaising with the internal team for file loading.
• Resolving cash, position and OTE breaks as soon as possible, identifying root cause by comparing custodian reports and client internal system and querying to custody if needed.

• Checking & resolving unexplained differences and raising queries with PB to clear differences promptly.

• Prepare MIS to assist team leads and managers for internal break analysis call.
• Mapping new PB new accounts, working on setting up new PB and Reconset as per client requirement.
• Updating logic and testing on UAT platform to ensure client requests are implemented. Liaise between the development team and client to fulfill client's requirement.
• UAT testing for Iteration week for automation on platform across all clients.
• Liaising with the Development Team to implement AI (Artificial Intelligence) in Daily work

• Working as a Senior associate in research and resolution team with State Street Syntel services private limited for Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) process from 23rd April, 2013 to 28th March 2019

• Complete Research & Resolution of After-reconciliation discrepancies for Cash and par breaks on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly and preliminary basis between Custodians bank’s’(State street) and Investment Manager’s’ (PIMCO) Fund Valuation and comparing the net assets value for the entire portfolio.
• Cash-Breaks research is done on a daily basis of all the transactions to know the position of the cash balance at the end of day if any out of balance I.e. Overdraft & escalation of it for taking necessary action to get these Balances in line.
• Referring Bloomberg for resolving various Par, price, Accruals and Cash discrepancies (interest & pay down).
• Withholding tax calculation and posting done for emerging market currency and other foreign currency like COP, IDR, MYR, RUB, CNY, CNH etc.
• Sensitive Posting of cash is done on daily basis for management fee, trustee fee, audit fee custody fee and transfer for investment manager.
• Cash settlement - Works with various settlement teams, Brokers, custodian Bank and client to resolve the cash breaks on daily basis on various products like Fixed income securities derivatives including OTC collateral products, equity Trades, Foreign exchange products, Bonds and their interest and paydown etc.
• Reconciling the securities of the clients based on positions on loan and with custodian and making payment to the client.
