• Handling Accounts Payable team for Non-Inventory process for Latin America, Brazil & Canada which involves 20 team members Perform work load allocation and ensured ageing is monitored and cleared daily First point of contact for all the urgent Invoice/payment related queries Cascading and making sure that management plans and decisions are carried out smoothly Involved in management planning and decision making Responsible for updating and monitoring the CAPA sheet (issue log, escalation log, audit reports, VOC)

• Handled daily A/P processes and oversaw the timely, accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, credit memos and month end activities
• Maintained adherence to corporate accounting and GAAP standards, addressed escalated issues from employees and vendors regarding accounts payable; and ensured accurate and compliant A/P files and records in accordance with company policies and government regulations
• Processing or accounting of Accounts Payable-Non-Inventory invoices as allocated by the production leads on daily basis (Target of 300 invoices/8hrs) with an accuracy of 5.5 sigma scores every month
• Ensuring the no parked cases aged greater than 5 days from the parked date by using a standard follow up procedure Ensuring a rigor on the priority invoice processing within 4hrs TAT Maintaining zero back-logs on daily basis, based on the assigned priorities of Invoices.
